About the Plays...
A Flea in Her Ear by George Feydeau
Directed by Glenn Gauer
Interpreted Performance: November 14, 2001 8 p.m.

One of the best known of the classic French farces.  Written by George Feydeay in the 18th century, the play has the usual assortment of misconstrued intentions, wild misinterpretations, mistaken identities, raised stakes and doors for the slamming.  "...For side-splittling hilarity, nothing beats the silly plottiness and unexpected results offered by this type of theatre."

Goodnight Desdemona (Good Morning Juliet)
by Anne-Marie McDonald
Directed by Karin Magaldi-Unger
Interpreted Performance:  February 27, 2002 8 p.m.

"Unlucky in love and frustrated in her work, Shakespearean scholar Constance Ledbelly finds herself hurled into the worlds of Othello and Romeo and Juliet in this hilarious and thought-provoking comedy."

"If William Shakespeare had written Back to the Future or The Wizard of Oz, it would have looked something like this play."
The Tragedy of Othello by William Shakespeare
Directed by Christine Menzies
Interpreted Performance: June 5, 2002  8 p.m.
